Hydrangea paniculata 'Pink diamond'
If it is left unpruned, this cultivar forms an enormous shrub, whereas if it is suitably pruned it forms a smaller shrub, but its inflorescences are much larger. The inflorescences are tinged, from the base to the tip, with several tones of pink; the more the site is sunny, the more the colour of the inflorescences is intense. The central stems are held erect, while the peripheral ones tend to bow down slightly under the weight of the inflorescences: the effect is soft, light, radiant.
