Hydrangea aspera 'Villosa'
This shrub comes from China (where it grows spontaneously), and has a rounded shape and angular, hairy branches. It is delicate, and grows well against walls; it needs shade and protection from wind. Its slim, sinuous branching gives it a light, irregular, radiant appearance.
