Hydrangea macrophylla 'Harlequin' (Bicolor)
This is an unusual hydrangea, and is one of the most characteristic ones, together with H. 'Tricolor' and H. 'Ayesha'. What makes it different from all the others are the two-coloured sepals: red or deep pink, with a white edge.
The plant is unique because of this detail; it stands out among the other macrophyllae, and is also suitable for being planted as an isolated individual.
