Hydrangea serrata 'Rosalba'
Vigorous, decorative shrub, often used for borders. It has a prolonged flowering and tolerates both sunlight and shade. Its characteristic features are the sepals: tiny lilac spots first appear on the tip, then scatter on the whole sepal.
